On-site planning may also include
- Hosting “Welcome Get Together”

- Attendance at your ceremony rehearsal
- Assisting bride & bridesmaids with dressing on morning of wedding
- Assisting Groom and Groomsmen with boutonnieres
- Management of small décor details (place cards, pew markers, favors..etc)
- Instructing ushers & readers of duties
- Onsite direction of ceremony, photos & reception
- Assisting with the transition from ceremony to reception & transporting items
